Pine from Subcarpathia reaches our own sawmill. Cutting, grading and preparing the material for flanges and core staves.
The forming line cuts the flanges to diameter and drills the axle bore, the holes for tie rods and the driver holes.
Core staves, tie rods, bolting the structure together. The drum is built to the dimensions agreed with the customer.
