We prepare roof truss timber and structural elements in pine, cut to the schedule taken from the design. The material comes from our own sawmill, so there is no middleman and we answer for the quality from the log to the pack.

You send the schedule of elements from the roof design, we cut the material to finished lengths and strap it into packs labelled so the carpenter can lay them out in order.
Less cutting on site means less waste, a shorter assembly and less clearing up once the work is done.

Truss elements are cut from our own sawn timber — the same timber the cable drums for export are built from.
The truss timber comes from the same pine as the drums we build for the cable industry, and those have to carry several tonnes and travel half of Europe. The material goes through the same sorting before sawing.
You can choose kiln dried timber, dimensionally stable, or green timber, cheaper and meant to season on site.

The raw material comes from FSC® and PEFC certified forests in the Podkarpacie region. Each delivery is covered by an EUDR statement with a DDS number, which matters on projects that have to evidence legal timber sourcing.
On request we apply ISPM 15 heat treatment with the IPPC mark, required for shipments leaving the European Union.

Yes. Working from the schedule of elements we prepare the material in finished lengths, strapped into labelled packs.
Standard truss sections and squared timber. Exact dimensions are set from the schedule, because they follow the roof design.
