We cut the logs in our own sawmill in Zahutyń and sell sawn timber, squared timber and battens beyond our own drum production. The material ships kiln dried or green, depending on what it is going into.

The logs come from the forests of the Podkarpacie region and we sort them before they reach the saw. Top grade material goes to timber for sale, and what does not qualify goes into our own drum and pallet production.
So what you buy is not the leftover of a production run but material chosen for the customer.

The same sawn timber becomes drum flanges and roof trusses. The same raw material, the same heat treatment, the same documentation.
Kiln dried material is dimensionally stable and suits work where the timber must not move after installation. Green timber costs less and makes sense where the wood will be seasoned anyway or used straight away.
Moisture, dimensions and the way the packs are strapped are agreed with the order, together with the collection date.

The sawmill, the kilns, the machining and the dispatch yard sit on one site in Zahutyń, three kilometres from Sanok. The timber does not travel between plants, which shortens lead times and limits handling damage.
The Fal family has worked with timber since 1993 and Fallwood has operated in its present form since 2019. We employ around 70 people and process close to 14,000 m³ of roundwood a year.

Yes. Sawn timber, squared timber and battens are a separate part of our offer and we sell them to external customers, including outside Poland.
Both. Kiln dried where dimensional stability matters, green where the material will be seasoned by the customer or used immediately.
